Two highway workers on the Guadalajara–Puerto Vallarta Highway in western Mexico share, exclusively, how they managed to survive the crash and the explosion that occurred just seconds later. In this report, we present their firsthand testimony along with the information confirmed by authorities regarding the truck driver who allegedly caused the collision.
